Must have held a Class C (Car) Licence for at least 12 months (including “P” Plates)
Overseas Licence evidence MUST be provided if SA Licence has been held for less then 12 months.

Training and Vehicle on Road Test (VORT)
VORT lessons – We may suggest a minimum of 9 hours (1 day) training before undertaking the Vehicle On Road Test.
The VORT can be conducted the day after the completion of training.
Please note the VORT Method is NOT available in country/regional areas.

Logbook Format Competency Based Training & Assessments (CBT & A)
Training will depend on the Government standard as per the Competency Based Training & Assessment Course format.
The average time taken for a log book course is 10.5 hours; however this may vary depending on the ability and aptitude of the student.

Payment Methods
When making a booking, we require a deposit of $500 to secure the date.
Payment is due 7 days prior to your training commencing. Payment can be made by cash, electronic funds transfer or credit card or an account may be arranged at our discretion.
Please note Courtesy Driving School accepts Visa and Mastercard only. There is a 1.5% surcharge on all credit card transactions.
Cancellation Policy
Any cancellations or rescheduling must be made within a minimum of 3 business days prior to the course commencement date.
If you choose to cancel your course 3 business days or more of your course commencing there will be a $150.00 administration fee payable.
Any cancellations made within less then 3 business days notice will incur the loss of the full course fee; unless a medical certificate or similar is provided.
Failure to turn up to the training course on the date of the scheduled course will also incur the loss of the full course fee; unless a medical certificate or similar is provided.
What to Bring?
Current South Australian Drivers licence.
Appropriate footwear must be worn during training e.g. work boots, sandshoes, etc. No open footwear is allowed. High Visibility Shirts or Vests are to be worn at all times. Safety Gloves are optional when conducting vehicle checks, etc.
Student must provide own vehicle. Vehicle must be registered, locally plated (NO Federal Plates), road worthy & insured.
The applicant will be required to be present at least 15 minutes before the commencement of each lesson.
