TLIF0009
CHAIN OF RESPONSIBILITY

Short Overview

The Chain of Responsibility (CoR) law represents a pivotal shift in the accountability framework within the realm of heavy vehicles and road safety.

Under CoR, every entity involved in the heavy vehicle supply chain, from employing business to the final destination of goods, is held accountable for safety. The law acknowledges that customers, loaders and packers exerts a substantial influence on road safety.

The consequences for non-compliance with the Chain of Responsibility (CoR) law are significant and underscore the seriousness of ensuring road safety within the heavy vehicle supply chain.

The Chain of Responsibility (TLIF0009) course is a comprehensive and nationally accredited unit of competency designed to equip participants with the knowledge and skills essential for ensuring safety in transport activities.
